Our personal training program combines stress reduction exercises, breathing techniques, and postural alignment, with strength, flexibility and fitness training for a new, improved you!

Do I Need Experience To Practice Balanced Yoga?

No experience is necessary to practice Balanced Yoga. Regardless of your age, body type, fitness level or past experience, you will benefit by practicing Balanced Yoga.

Yoga

Debra understands the effects that stress and lack of movement can have for the busy executive. Her unique teaching style incorporates her extensive background in dance, exercise and yoga. She has studied Power, Kripalu, Balanced, Kundalini and Hatha Yoga. She works with clients one-on-one to help them de-stress, relax and re-eneregize. Each session is personalized to meet their individual needs. She currently teaches at Goldman Sachs, David Barton Gym, Equinox and Doral Fitness.
