Balanced Yoga focuses on reducing both mental and physical stress. There are no sanskrit chants or mantras integrated into this form of Yoga. The affirmations and the visualizations (visions of the individual) become integrated into their yoga practice.

By bringing awareness to your breathing, posture, focal points, affirmations and visualizations, you have several effective and proven methods to physically reduce stress in your body.
